  • Officer meeting: Tuesday at 7:45 am in N-125; discussing plans for Superb Owl. 
  • December team meeting: Wednesday, 12/12, after school in E-212. 
  • In order to compete in future competitions, please complete this form: Student Health Info. Please ask Jeff if you have any questions about the process.
  • 1 or 2 volunteer judges (either a 3rd of 4th year debater or a parent/guardian) are needed this Saturday at Belvidere North. Please let Jeff know if you can volunteer. 
  • The Illinois Middle School Debate League is hosting it's second tournament on Saturday, December 15th, 8am - 4pm, at the Avery Coonley School, 1400 Maple Ave., Downers Grove, IL. They are in need of student judges; they pay $40 on site and lunch is provided. If you are interested, please email leslynn@argumentcenterededucation.com.

  • 12/14-12/15: Policy at Lane Tech HS; Signup Form due Friday, 12/7. This is an ALL-GO for Policy Debate.
  • 2/15-2/19: All events at Harvard; Interest Form due Friday, 12/5. 

PRACTICE SCHEDULE (12/3-12/7): 
All practices start after school and last about an hour and a half.
  • Limited Prep: E-212 Monday and Thursday
  • Interp: E-212 Monday and Wednesday
  • Congress: E-212 Monday, Wednesday scrimmage in E-111
  • Public Address: E-212 Tuesday and Thursday
  • Public Forum: E-212 Tuesday and Thursday
  • Policy: E-113 Tuesday and Thursday
  • Lincoln-Douglas: N-125 Tuesday and Thursday
  • Spanish Language Debate: E-111 Tuesday and Thursday
